Efrain Anthony Medrano, Jr, BA and founder of MVP Baseball Training has coach for many years from Tee ball , Coach Pitch, Minors, Juniors, Pony Division and High School Baseball as an infielder coordinator and hitting coach. He has win many divisions titles through out his coaching and baseball career. Coach Efrain has incorporated his coaching philosophy by promoting positive reinforcement to his players by tactfully pointing out areas of weakness and by focusing his players on making those areas better. He has built confidence and self esteem to most of his players. He had learned his tactics from playing many years ago in the farm system in the Florida State League and currently playing in the MSBL/MABL-LABL and Pacific Coast League.He has also participated in many tournaments from the National Adult Baseball Association. Coach Efrain is a graduate from the University of Cal State Northridge with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology.

Coach Efrain believes that with positive reinforcement and good coaching skills- practice breeds confidence, and confidence breeds success.
MVP Baseball Training is dedicated to create an environment where youths of all ages are recognized for their individual baseball skills, strengths, and talents. Through our baseball program , our objective is to promote youth interest in baseball through out our communities . We will provide the necessary tools to wholesome character building skills and basic to advanced baseball fundamentals that will enable them to make the transition from little leaguers to legends.
Baseball is still America's favorite pastime and with the right coaching children who often start as early as four years old playing tee ball or coach pitch can grow into becoming great players. At MVP Baseball Training we tactfully point out areas of weakness and focus on making those areas better with out having to hurt our participats self esteem.
